How to place an online order?

How to pay for an online purchase?
You can pay for your order in the online store either by non-cash payment or by using VISA, MasterCard, and AMERICAN Express cards, as well as with a loyalty card or a Domino gift card. For non-cash payment, you will need an invoice, which you can request from our sales managers.
Can I pay for the order to the courier?
No, you can pay for the order on the website using VISA, MasterCard, and AMERICAN Express cards, Domino cards, or by non-cash payment.
Can I transfer the amount to a bank account to pay for the order

Can I buy goods by installment?

Yes. Currently, we collaborate with several banks. You can apply for an installment plan with TBC Bank, Bank of Georgia, and Credo.

Delivery service
What is the cost of delivery for online orders within Tbilisi?

You can use free delivery within Tbilisi if:

• The order value is more than 100 GEL and the weight is up to 50 kg

• The order value is more than 500 GEL and the weight is up to 1000 kg

The cost of orders that do not meet the above conditions is calculated individually at the time of order placement based on the volumetric weight of the goods. You can find a more detailed calculation by following this link

What is the cost of delivery for online orders within Georgia?
The delivery cost is automatically calculated during order placement based on the location, weight, and volume of the goods. Delivery takes from 3 to 5 days
What is the cost of delivery from hypermarkets?

Free delivery from hypermarkets is provided for orders over 1100 GEL and weighing no more than 1000 kg. You can find more detailed information by following this link

Does the delivery cost include carrying items up to the floor?

No, carrying items up to the floor is not included in the delivery cost. All orders are delivered to the door. Carrying items up to the floor is calculated individually based on the order parameters, weight, floor level, and the presence of an elevator. How to choose a branch for self-pickup?

After proceeding to the checkout page, select the delivery method "Store Pickup." Choose the desired branch from the list of addresses and continue with the order process. You can view the pickup points by following this link

Can I pick up the order from a different branch?

You can only pick up the order from the branch you selected when placing the order. To change the pickup point, please contact us at 032 2 50 50 50

I can't select a branch while placing an order. What should I do
If the option for self-pickup is not available when placing an order, you can only use the delivery service for that particular item.
Important!
Please note that if the purchased items are located in two different branches, the order assembly time will increase, and same-day pickup will not be available. In this case, our manager will contact you to clarify the details.
Product return
In what cases can a product be returned?
A product can be returned if it has a factory defect, if the hypermarket made a mistake and you received the wrong model, or if you decide to exchange the purchased product for a similar one of a different model.
Within how many daysa product can be returned?
You can return a product within 14 days, but only if the product and packaging remain in their original condition, without damage, without signs of use, and with all tags, stickers, and seals intact.
Which products are not subject to return?

• Medical and hygiene items, perfumes, and cosmetics;

• Textile products and decorative items (including Christmas accessories);

• Wires, cables;
• Construction materials, such as colored paints;

The refund time depends on the bank's processing speed. Generally, refunds take from 3 to 5 business days.
