Peperomia
19/04/2023

Homeland: tropical forests of Africa, Central and South America.

Terrestrial, epiphytic and semi-epiphytic plants.

Peperomia helps to clean indoor air from harmful compounds, stabilizes the energy background and absorbs negative energy.

Indoor storage conditions

Lighting: Photophilous, but does not tolerate direct sunlight. Forms with variegated leaves need bright light, forms with dark green leaves are shade-tolerant.

Watering: only with soft, distilled water 2-3°C above room temperature.

For bushy forms - the earth should be constantly wet in summer; During watering, water should not be allowed to enter the center of the branches of the leaves, which contributes to their decay. In case of low temperatures in winter, watering should be less frequent.

For succulent species, watering should be moderate, depending on the dryness of the soil at a depth of 1-2 centimeters; Excessive soil moisture causes root rot.
