Hecht Sentinel Max is a multifunctional BBQ grill, has two compartments, you can use both at the same time, or additional as an indirect grill. You can turn the grill into a smokehouse, the compartments are interconnected, so the smoke will pass from one compartment to another. The main compartment has 3 removable lattices, and the additional 2, you can divide into zones - a brazier area and a barbecue area. The main compartment has a chimney with an adjustable lid, and an additional adjustable vent that allows you to adjust the intensity of the flame. The front convenient table can be easily removed, at the bottom there is a shelf in the form of a lattice, for coal, firewood or accessories for the grill. The main compartment is equipped with a thermometer. Both compartments have a hinged lid with a convenient spiral handle that minimizes heat transfer. A pull-out ash tray is provided for an additional compartment. Wheels and handle make it easy to transport the grill.
